Accu-Scope EXI-410 Inverted Phase Contrast Digital HD Microscope

The Accu-Scope EXI-410 digital microscope is suitable for routine tissue culture and research applications. Designed to meet the demands of laboratory use, this microscope is easy to use while providing high contrast images. Incorporating the latest in LED illumination, and NIS60 Infinity corrected long working distance objectives provides brighter, and sharper images than its competitors. The binocular viewing head is fully rotatable, providing a 35mm increase / decrease in viewing height to accommodate a multi user environment. The camera mounts to the side photo port with the included c-mount adapter. You can choose to have the optional screen above the microscope for an all-in-on streamlined design. A pair of 10x eyepieces provide you with a 22mm field of view, and come with roll down eyeguards for added comfort. The quintuple nosepiece comes standard with LWD Infinity Plan Achromat Phase contrast objectives, with the option to upgrade to Semi-Apochromatic objective lenses. For further enhanced contrast you can purchase the emboss contrast slider, or upgrade to hoffman modulation contrast. A plain stage comes standard on the EXI-410, and a XY mechanical stage with various specimen holders for petri dishes, slides, and multiwell plates can be added. The ELWD condenser has an N.A. of 0.3 with a slot for the phase contrast slider. The 3 watt S-LED variable intensity illumination provides over 20,000 hours of constant use. The Accu-Scope EXI-410 microscope can be fully customized to meet the demands of your laboratory.

You can choose to have an 11.6" retina display screen above the eyepieces to view, capture images / videos to a removable SD card, or replay images / videos. In addition you can also output directly to a PC. If you do not select the screen, you can still output HDMI to your own screen off to the side, or USB to a computer. The screen serves as an all-in-one streamlined solution. The included camera is a powerful tool that can output HDMI to any monitor or USB to a computer. In HDMI mode on-board software pops up on your screen allowing you to control the camera with the included mouse. The camera can also output to a PC for use with the free feature rich software -  image / video capture, measurements, extended depth of focus, annotations, stitching, and more!
