Description
This Olympus MX50L microscope is configured for reflected and transmitted illumination. It provides reflected light brightfield, darkfield, and DIC and transmitted brightfield illumination. The super widefield trinocular head tilts from 5 - 35 degrees and provides an erect image and is paired with super widefield focusing eyepieces which have a 26.5mm field of view. The reflected light illuminator is powered by the 100 watt lamphouse and has brightfield and darkfield settings. For DIC this microscope has the AX-PO polarizer, U-AN360 analyzer, and U-DICR prism. The 6 position motorized nosepiece can be controlled by the objective changer on the frame of the microscope, or with the external U-HS hand controller. The large XY stage can be used with the XY stage stalk, or the quick stage grip with built-in clutch. This 8" x 6" is capable of holding wafers up to 200mm. The microscope comes equipped with UMPlanFL BD 5x, UMPlanFL BD 10x, and LMPlanFL 20x BD, 50x BD, and 100x BD objective lenses. This refurbished microscope comes fully serviced with a warranty.
