Description

The MS-2000 FT (Flat-Top) Stage is a high-precision automated microscope stage made by Applied Scientific Instrumentation (ASI). It is designed to provide a high-resolution and highly repeatable means of controlling the X/Y position of a microscope stage, and is compatible with a wide range of microscope brands and models, including Leica, Nikon, Evident/Olympus and Zeiss.  The MS-2000 controller provides joystick control and facilitates communication via USB or RS-232 serial, and supports TTL synchronization.  ASI products are supported by software from most scope manufacturers, as well as Micro-Manager, Nebula, VisiView, Inscoper, Slidebook, MetaMorph, and more (SDK available).

The MS-2000 is ideal for:

  • Automated Multipoint and Tile Imaging
  • Live Cell Imaging, Organism Tracking, and Time-Lapse Microscopy
  • Raster and Serpentine Scanning
  • Micromanipulation and Microinjection
