The PX43 BIO is a reliable inverted microscope designed for routine brightfield and phase contrast cell culture work. It combines long working distance optics, an ergonomic design, and intelligent software integration to deliver consistent image quality and an efficient day-to-day workflow.
Upgraded with new LWD UC Plan objectives, the PX43 BIO provides clear, high-contrast images while allowing ample room for standard culture vessels, making it well-suited for live-cell observation in busy lab environments.

New LWD UC Plan Objectives
The PX43 BIO features long working distance UC Plan objectives with brightfield and phase contrast options. These objectives deliver sharp, evenly illuminated images while maintaining the clearance needed for flasks, dishes, and multi-well plates.
Ergonomic 360° Rotating Observation Tubes
The observation tube rotates fully, allowing users to set a comfortable viewing position. This reduces strain during extended sessions and supports proper posture for routine daily use.
72 mm Working Distance
A large 72 mm working distance provides plenty of space for handling cell culture containers, simplifying sample placement and manipulation without sacrificing image quality.
Transmitted Illumination
10 W LED transmitted light source provides bright, uniform illumination, giving users flexibility based on preference, application, or lab standards.
5-Position Coded Objective Turret
The standard 5-hole coded turret supports up to five objectives and automatically recognizes objective changes. The software displays the active magnification in real time and links image data to objective information, improving traceability and reducing documentation errors.
