The Leica DM750 Fluorescence Microscope is a high quality upright fluorescence microscope featuring LED fluorescence with 5 Watt power and >50,000 hour lifespan. Dual channel 375nm and 475nm excitation LEDs and matching filters have been pre-selected to match autofluorescence in cyclospora. We offer this in a binocular or trinocular viewing head so that you can add a camera if you wish. This comes standard with Hi Plan 4x, 10x, 40x, and 100x Oil objective lenses. The XY mechanical stage is rackless to ensure smooth and precise movements. It has a fully focusable 1.25 N.A. condenser with iris diaphragm. The microscope is one of the easiest to use and highest quality microscopes on the market today. It features all brass internal gears and the fine focus knobs are brass filled which gives it a smooth and solid feel.
