The Chroma 49312 ET - Green#3 Narrow Band FISH filter set from Chroma Technology is designed for use with commercially available Green#3 Narrow Band FISH probes and chromosome painting techniques.
Specifications
- Excitation Filter (ET490/20x): Centers at 490 nm with a 20 nm bandwidth, effectively isolating the excitation wavelength suitable for Green#3 FISH.
- Dichroic Beamsplitter (T505lpxr): Reflects wavelengths below 505 nm and transmits those above, with enhanced performance in the red spectrum.
- Emission Filter (ET525/20m): Centers at 525 nm with a 20 nm bandwidth, accurately capturing the emission spectrum of Green#3 FISH.
