The Chroma 49303 ET - Green#1 FISH filter set from Chroma Technology is designed for use with commercially available Green#1 FISH probes and chromosome painting techniques.
Specifications
- Excitation Filter (ET495/25x): Centers at 495 nm with a 25 nm bandwidth, effectively isolating the excitation wavelength suitable for Green#1 FISH.
- Dichroic Beamsplitter (T515lp): Reflects wavelengths below 515 nm and transmits those above.
- Emission Filter (ET537/29m): Centers at 537 nm with a 29 nm bandwidth, accurately capturing the emission spectrum of Green#1 FISH.
