The Chroma 49001 ET - ECFP filter set from Chroma Technology Corp is designed for optimal detection of Enhanced Cyan Fluorescent Protein (ECFP) and similar fluorochromes in fluorescence microscopy applications. This high-performance filter set ensures precise excitation and emission filtering, resulting in enhanced image clarity and signal specificity.
Specifications
- Excitation Filter (ET436/20x): Centers at 436 nm with a 20 nm bandwidth, effectively isolating the excitation wavelength suitable for ECFP.
- Dichroic Beamsplitter (T455lp): Reflects wavelengths below 455 nm and transmits those above, efficiently separating excitation and emission light paths.
- Emission Filter (ET480/40m): Centers at 480 nm with a 40 nm bandwidth, accurately capturing the emission spectrum of ECFP.
