Description
This beautiful antique Leitz Polarizing Light Microscope is fully functional with all original parts. It comes with a No 3. eyepiece and below is a slide in / slide out bertrand lens . The microscope has separate coarse and fine focus controls that are smooth and responsive. The slide in / slide out analyzer its right above the wave plate slot. Two wave plates come with this microscope; a Glimmer 1/4 wave and a Gip s rot I. plate. The centerable nosepiece comes with centering tools and has two objectives; 6x, and a 3.2:1. The rotating stage has two stage clips. The flip top condenser has a rotating polarizer. This has a double sided mirror. It comes with the ordinal wooden carrying case and accessory case. This microscope works optically and mechanically and has its original patina.
