This professional phase contrast microscope comes with a specially designed 30 watt halogen illumination and a forced cooling system. It offers complete brightfield and darkfield phase contrast microscopy features. It comes with a 45° inclined 360° rotatable trinocular sliding microscope head, 3-D mechanical stage, coaxial coarse fine focusing system, 30 watt intensity-variable halogen illumination, and a complete turret phase contrast kit. The trinocular head has a 23mm universal photo port for camera or video attachment. The phase contrast kit includes a CT lens, a 1.25NA turret phase contrast condenser with adjustable iris diaphragm, and a set of 10X, 20X, 40X 100X PLAN objectives. The turret condenser can be set to bright field, DF, or Ph 1, 2, 3 and/or 4 settings. This microscopy system provides eight magnification settings: 40X, 64X, 100X, 160X, 400X, 640X, 1000X and 1600X. It is a great instrument for clinical or research applications that need both phase contrast and bright field features.
