This high quality microscope is designed for professional jewelers and gemologists. It includes a 3.5X-90X super widefield zoom stereo microscope head, 3D jewelry/gem clamp (tweezers), rotatable round stage with darkfield iris condenser and professional GEM stand. It offers 8" (200mm) working distance, 2-1/2" (65mm) super wide field of view and 26:1 large zoom magnification range. The microscope is illuminated with a 30W darkfield halogen light built in to the base and a 7W gooseneck rectangular fluorescent incident light box, providing rich spectrum, high-temperature color and close-to-daylight illumination. The incident light box shines light down onto objects, used to observe the surface details and fine structures of jewels or gemstones. The transmitted light through the darkfield condenser is designed for the examination of the inside quality of diamonds. This microscope is manufactured under the strict guidelines established under ISO 9001:2000 Standards.
