This EXC-400 phase contrast digital microscope from Accu-Scope is ergonomically designed, and suitable to withstand heavy use, while providing high resolution images. The trioncular viewing head comes with c-mount adapter, and camera of your choice. The 10x focusing eyepieces provide a 22mm field of view and come with roll down eyeguards for added viewing comfort. A reversed quintuple nosepiece and can accept up to five objectives, and has a slot for to insert an analyzer. The infinity plan achromat phase 10x, 20x, 40x, and 100x oil objectives provide sharp high contrast images. A ceramic coated rackless XY-mechanical stage allows your slide to move effortlessly with precision. The low-position of the XY-stage stalk, and coarse / fine focus knobs make using this microscope easy and comfortable to use. The phase contrast turret has brightfield and phase positions. The LED variable illuminator provides over 20,000 hours of use, and has a field iris diaphragm for koehler illumination. A green interference filter and phase centering telescope are included. You can choose to have an 11.6" retina display screen above the eyepieces to view, capture images / videos to a removable SD card, or replay images / videos. In addition you can also output directly to a PC. If you do not select the screen, you can still output HDMI to your own screen off to the side, or USB to a computer. The screen serves as an all-in-one streamlined solution. The included camera is a powerful tool that can output HDMI to any monitor or USB to a computer. In HDMI mode on-board software pops up on your screen allowing you to control the camera with the included mouse. The camera can also output to a PC for use with the free feature rich software - image / video capture, measurements, extended depth of focus, annotations, stitching, and more!
