The Accu-Scope EXC-400 phase contrast fluorescence microscope is a high quality research grade fluorescence microscope. This microscope comes standard with a trinocular viewing head so you can add a camera at anytime. It is configured with a 6 position reflected light fluorescence illuminator which will allows you to add up to 6 filters cubes. The X-Cite Mini+ LED fluorescence illuminator provides bright and even LED fluorescence illumination. Compared to Mercury fluorescence you no longer need to wait for the bulb to warm up or cool down, and deal with bulb changes. It has a reversed quintuple nosepiece and comes with infinity corrected plan achromat phase 10x, 20x, 40x, and 100x oil objectives. The rackless XY mechanical stage has a ceramic hard coated top allowing the slide to move with ease. A 1.25 N.A. phase turret condenser has brightfield and phase contrast settings. The brightfield koehler illumination is a 3-watt LED illuminator with variable intensity.
