Leica M165 C High Performance Stereo Microscope 7.3x - 120x

The Leica M165 C is a high performance encoded stereo microscope with a zoom range of 7.3x - 120x with remarkable resolution. This high end microscope can be configured to meet your specific needs. As is we offer this microscope with a trinocular ergo tube with a pair of 10x/23mm eyepieces. The 1x Plan objective provides 60mm of working distance. The microscope has a 420mm coarse and fine focus column and is on the Leica TL4000 RC transmitted light base. This base incorporates rottermann contrast, brightfield, and darkfield illumination techniques:

• Rottermann Contrast TM shows changes in the refractive index within a sample as differences in brightness, almost transparent specimens can be viewed as spatial, relief-like images, the Rottermann Contrast TM technique is based on partial illumination, created by two variable diaphragms located in the beam path
•  Illuminated object field diameter 35 mm
• Free adjustable two sided mirror for vertical and oblique illumination mirror, planar mirror surface for a homogenous illuminated field of view at low magnification, concave mirror surface for increased illumination at high magnification,
• Slide-On TM design enables the standard stage to be replaced with the IsoPro series cross- stage and vice versa,
• 3 slots for filters
