Description
The new Accu-Scope EXC-350 microscope is configured for fluorescence microscopy. This microscope comes standard with a trincoular head and features plan achromat 4x, 10x, 40x, and 100x oil objectives. We can customize the objectives further to meet your specific needs. The 10x eyepieces offer a wide 20mm field of view. The microscope has LED brightfield koehler illumination as well as LED fluorescence illumination. With LED fluorescence illumination you no longer have to wait for the lamp to warm up / cool down, no bulb changes, and little to no heat! This microscope can one - four fluorescence wavelengths of your choice. See our chart below the LED fluorescence attachment specification box. This microscope package includes a c-mount adapter and fluorescence low-light camera of your choice. Choose between a 1.3 M.P. or 3.1 M.P. fluorescence appropriate camera. We can provide additional camera options if you need!
