Cool LED pE-100 Illumination System

The pE-100 is perfect for your applications where only one excitation colour is required for illuminating your fluorescent stain(s). This source offers intense, stable excitation at a single wavelength.  The user can select from CoolLED's extensive range of LED Wavelengths and it is designed to fit on all current microscopes.  A simple once-ever adjustment will allow optimization to the optical path of your microscope.  The pE-100 is supplied as a complete working package with power supply and control pod.   Manual operation offers instant on/off and 0-100% intensity control.  The control pod accepts a BNC-type external TTL trigger.

The chart below offers some of the most used fluorophores and the wavelengths at which they are commonly excited.  It is always wise to check the filter set in your microscope before selecting if you have used this fluorophore previously.
