Description

This advanced trinocular polarizing microscope comes with an extreme widefield distressed infinity Plan optical system and a 10MP USB2.0 digital camera. It has a 30W halogen Kohler transmitted light and a 50W EPI reflected halogen illuminator with blue filter set, polarizer, iris and aperture. The trinocular head inclines at 30-degree and is 360-degree rotatable. The microscope offers seven magnification settings, 50X, 100X, 125X, 200X, 250X, 500X & 1250X and co-axial coarse and fine focusing system. The 10MP digital camera captures still images and video, and allows you to view a live stream on your PC. With software available for Windows, Mac, and Linux, it's a multi-platform imaging solution. The included Windows software offers image-development and measurement tools, as well as advanced compositing features such as image-stitching and extended-depth-of-focus. Independent preview and capture resolutions allow you to view high-speed video while capturing high-definition images. For Mac, there is a lite version with limited processing features. This is a perfect microscopy system for mineral applications. It is an ideal instrument for those in mineralogy and/or geology areas.
